  • DPNOW Salon 271 - Signs of Spring

We're less than a month from summer. This transition of seasons manifests itself in different ways througout the world. In Vermont we experience a brief "Mud Season" and followed by gray landscapes. In mid May the trees burst into green seemingly overnight. This subject should give you a broad range of avenues to pursue.
    • Post up to 3 images in this thread. You can use the forum attachment system or link from an external website.
    • Any photos must be your own work.
    • Each salon is open for two weeks .
    • The salon curator then chooses three photos from three different contributors in order of his or her personal preference and the one deemed the best endows its owner with the job of curating the next salon, after choosing a new topic.
    • The salon curator doesn't compete but can post some examples, if necessary, to give some inspiration

The end date is Sunday 12th of June at 24:00

If you're not living on the edge you're taking up too much room.

What a cracking find, Barr1e. I have never seen one, although they do frequent my neighbourhood now and then.

Oops! I was supposed to pick a winner a few days ago.

All the entries are good but I keep coming back to the first one by Rodbender.

13 entries this time. A good showing. Let's have more submissions next time.

                    Over to you Rodbender.

Well I never. I had forgotten I had entered with all the problems of logging in just lately. Thanks Pat for choosing my image. Now what can we set as a challenge this next fortnight? Will have to give it some careful thought. Try to set a new one up tomorrow.
Regards Ron. Live each day as if it was your last. One day you will be right. Down sized to Nikon s7000 compact camera.

Congratulations Ron. A very worthy winner.

Thanks for running an interesting Salon, Pat.

                          Some cracking entries, I thought.

Well done Rod, and thanks for running the salon Pat. That must have been a difficult choice, and what a cracking entry from Rod.
