I only had the pocket TZ10 with me and it was a very windy day so I put it on a high-speed burst with full zoom as I couldn't get closer, fired and hoped for the best.

I was pleasantly surprised by the resulting series of shots, especially as I was being blown about as much as the stalks!

I guess summer arrived too late for the challenge.

I found this one particularly hard to choose a winner but three stand out -

patmoore, Veggiesosage and Horacio.

Grateful thanks to all participants but there can only be one winner.
