Well thank you. I can't believe it. It's absolutely ages since I won a challenge. I am really surprised that there were so few entries with such a fascinating subject. I will post a new challenge later tonight or tomorrow.

I wouldn't say not interesting, but it certainly challenging; it took me a long time to think of something, and then the idea didn't fit with what I was cooking last night so would have meant wasting food!
