In the time honoured tradition:

In 3rd place: With a "Tantalisingly" well spotted photo - Bear Very much appreciate the humour in this.

2nd place: Getting the timing absolutly right - devilgas - I like the guy looking over the wall.

1st place: Really did come across as something that was "Out of Place" - Barr1e - I'm guessing it to be a "figure head" on a narrow boat/barge
