maybe should've explained that it's an experiment in trying to stay relatively dry while playing with water filled balloons, off camera flash, in darkness, in my garden with -2c temp

It's taken me a while to pick the winners from some excellent shot's.

For me, I had a clear winner, but 2nd and 3rd could of gone to any one of five or six shot's.

1st. Gina's Red Rose, I liked this as I think it can't really be faulted with nice colour/contrast, sharp where it should be and perfect composition.

2nd. Andrew Thatchers' Boy in red... think it's a boy anyway. I did like this even though this sort of thing has been 'done to death' as they say. Think it would of been even better if boy was a little off centre.

3rd. Peter for his car pic. Funny little car but spot-on shutter speed and sharp.

So, congrat's to Gina, Andrew and peter.

Oh my goodness I didn't think I stood a chance of even being placed as there were so many great entries. Thank you Mick and congratulations to Andrew and Peter.

I'll post a new salon as soon as I think of one that hasn't already been done.
