Good idea Ian, you know I'm a big fan of LR so its good to have a home for any LR discussion. BTW did you see that V1.4.1 had been released today. I couldn't get on the site to download it this morning. Off to try again. Oddly enough I never had any probs with V1.4 which they pulled

Yes I like the idea of a dedicated board for lightroom. I hope people will add tips and stuff like that. Stephen I never did download the upgrade 1.4 as I saw that a lot of other people said they were having problems with it. What is new in the 1.4.1 is it just an upgrade for newer cameras

Its essentially what 1.4 should have been but with the bugs fixed. Anyway its now available, the site has been unavailable most of the day

I use Lightroom for most of my file handling. Has anyone else tried the Lightroom 2 Beta. It has some great new tools even less reason to use Photshop.

Hi,

I've downloaded the LR 2 beta and worked with it some. I really like what I see so far. I'll be looking forward to additional betas and the final release.
