In an extraordinary display of corporate generosity Google has now made the Nik Collection software completely free to download. Seem to remember this used to be quite pricy.

Re: Nik Collection now free
Thanks. I have already downloaded it on both my computers. It is used extensively by the top photographers in our Worksop Club, so I have notified our Secretary to circulate the link to others.
Now I have to learn how to use it! It looks good.
Once again thanks for the link.

Re: Nik Collection now free
Now we have had this for a while, I would be interested if anyone uses any of it regularly and if so which modules.
Personally I like the Silver Effects and during use and a few tips from u-tube, etc have found that it is almost infinitely customisable, from frames to mono conversion and vignetting.
Other than that I have only used the other modules spasmodically and am still not too sure of the best ways to use them.

Yes my most used part of this download is the Silver efex, used for all my B/W conversions nowadays.Originally posted by Kurt View PostNow we have had this for a while, I would be interested if anyone uses any of it regularly and if so which modules.
