Yep, automatic download last night Derek, even though I don't use any of the cameras Aperture will now be OK with these camera files, though I suspect LR users will have to wait, come to think of it I downloaded an update V2.7 the other day, maybe that was it.

      Re: Apple support more Cameras

      New cameras supported include:

      Canon EOS Rebel T2i / 550D / Kiss X4
      Leica S2
      Olympus E-450
      Olympus E-600
      Olympus E-620
      Sony Alpha DSLR-A230
      Sony Alpha DSLR-A330
      Sony Alpha DSLR-A380
      Sony Alpha DSLR-A450

Adobe has supported nearly all of these for some time, except for the Olympus E-600. I understand from Olympus that Adobe will be including the E-600, perhaps in their next release of updates.

Anyway, that's one up for Apple over Adobe for once!

However if an iPhoto user had been scared off by lack of support for their 600 say and had not seeded their camera with the Digital Camera Raw program then Software update would not pick up this version.

User will also get the benefit of this program in displaying RAW images in Finder and Preview as well as iPhoto and Aperture.
