I can see that the G 11 does not need so much extra charpness as the G 10,which means that G 11 has a charper optic.

Absolutely love the second one Peder. The leading lines of the fence into the dead level horizon and the almost mono sea and sky contrasts beautifully with the foreground and rich, bright folliage.

Great pictures. I think the composition works well with the lead in lines but it is the soft colours that makes the pictures work.

I'd add my support to those comments too. Great pictures Pedar, I would have loved the G11, but now have an E-P1 which I have been most impressed with.

Peder please accept my sincere apologies for taking attention away from your lovely images. I love the soft feel of both but image 2 has the 'x-factor; as already mentioned. Colours are rich.

Thanks Stephen.I thought of E-P1,but i was so happy with the G10 so i chose the G11.It is a wonderful camera with a quality on par with my EOS D 500.

Thanks Gina.I have 4 cameras ,Leica M 2,Olympus OM 2,Canon EOS D 500,and Canon G 11.I sold my G 10 to a freind.
