  • Rectory rd

    Dear All,

I drive past this road most days and I have been taken with the way the leaves have grown or highly more likely been cleared from the sign and windows. The addition of the autumn colours made it one to post for critique.

    Best Regards

I also took a close up of the sign. It is the leaf frame that caught my attention

I would have been tempted to clone out the drainpipe and replace it with a section of the leaves.
There is certainly a nice variation of colour in the leaves.

Maybe crop out the sides and bottom so the sign is in the bottom half rather than in the middle and the pipe will have been dealt with?

Very well seen Josh. Besides catching the lovely colours og the foliage you also got a very nice composition. However I would crop above the green box at the bottom. Either way I really like this one.

Hi Josh, some lovely colours there, but I felt a slight tweak on the saturation was in order, just to bring out those nice colours a little more.

I hear what people are saying about a crop, and a clone, but I reckon just the colours want enhancing....anyway, heres my take, I hope you dont mind!

              Thanks all,

Don't mind at all if people tweak my pictures helps me see different perspectives.

                Hi josh,
A terrific image, well seen and taken, I wish I was as alert as you, I might spot more photo oprtunities. A little more saturation is all I could suggest.

looks like you've had lots of cropping advice so i'll stay outta that one
