    Re: Red

I know we are supposed to find points to suggest potential improvements but I have to say I simply love this picture. The composition works really well and the red leaf really draws you into the picture and allows you to enjoy the scene.

I am viewing from an uncalibrated and rather bright imac screen so won't comment on contrast and brightness as I can't really tell. This might be a candidate for selective colouring i.e. leave the red leaf read and convert the rest to B&W, but that is just personal taste

A really good picture. Thanks for sharing.

      Re: Red

Bit bright on my monitor, but I'm not totally satisfied with my calibration ATM. I think you picture is beautiful, you can't improve on the naturalness of the whole scene, can you? Just lovely.

Hope you are enjoying your new life Dave and keeping good health.

Lovely natural shot! I would love to see the colours slightly more saturated though! Personal taste though I guess!

Attractive, natural composition Dave, but a tad too bright and washed out on my monitor (calibrated). I'm sure a few tweaks here and there in PS would sort it.

            Re: Red

Looks OK on my screen. I agree with comments regarding the composition etc though. To me this is a classic case of where the camera processor has done an OK job, but it lacks the impact that personal input can give with the likes of Photoshop. By simply adding a bit of contrast and vibrancy, it becomes a more pleasing image.

                Hello Dave

Nice picture, my only complaint would be it is too large and loses impact having to scroll around to see it all.
