Pre dinner drinks on a recent holiday. All Inclusive, well you've got to haven't you?

I saw the sun setting through my 'Champagne' flute and thought I would put my little Panasonic FX01 to the test.

What do you think? Like Gina I keep trying to find something a bit different.

Like this, the lighting, framing, idea, border,signage, all pulled together to make a very good stock shot.
I don't no how much work you have spent on the shot but I think its worth it.
My only concern would be how it looked bigger to make it a commercially viable image.
Not familiar with the camera but resolution could be a problem. But I guess your not really bothered about all that as you have just posted it to show us and to you its just a holiday snap.

Focal length 4.6mm
Exposure 1/640 sec @ f2.8
ISO 80

I used the macro part of the camera and all these settings were automatic.

I didn't do much to it, only cropped, darkened and added a bit of vibrance and clarity in LR1.4. I added the frame is CS3.

I also ran the reduce noise filter in CS3.

Also thanks to all of you for your very encouraging comments. You know what it is like when you try something a bit different, you never really know whether to delete it or not - just because you like it, it does not mean that others will.
