A bit bored on Sunday because I can't get into the garden due to landscaping in progress. It suddenl dawned on me that the machines parked up in the garden could be a source of enjoyment so...i went out and played around, uploaded shots to the puter andplayed around some more..
    Not my usual stuff but....

great shots, but why such a narrow depth of field, would it not be better, for both curved pipes, to be in focus

I've just got home so haven't had time to study them closely yet but the 2nd and 3rd one grabbed my attention even at first brief glance. Particularly fascinated by the content and colours on the 2nd one.

Maybe you could try tightening up the contrast and sharpening on the 3rd one too as I suspect that'd give it more impact - worth a try anyway.

Your probably right tarzieboy. I thought 2 pieces of identical pipe presented in the same way would appear boring.

Had to smile re your comment on the 2nd one. Apart from a touch of usm it is the only one unchanged.
Taken your point re the tracks and will play around with it.
