As I've said in your gallery Mike I like the 3rd one the best, but as you say they are a set and rightly so should be judged as such. They certainly give a feel for this wild and rugged granite country. Its a pity there is not much blue in the sky but it looks as though the sun did break through a little. I also like the way you have used the stones and the gate to add some interest, and the last one gives a slightly more overview feel to the area

Thanks Stephen, your right the sun did break through at times, but I should add that on the top off the tor where the last image was taken from I could not stand in the wind.....................squeeky bum time...................that was after the stinging hail stones................the whols area is saturated with Bronze age settlements which I have been capturing for myself........ih and my new walking partner has revived my love of getting out to where its quiet and peaceful

I really like the way the stone wall leads the eye into the photo, but find my eyes go out of the photo to the left with the curve!

Your German Shepherd is a beautiful dog, a pleasure to walk I'm sure. I found the sky & trees above the wall a little distracting and thought maybe a tighter crop could be an improvement.
