I love these low viewpoint shots.
This one would have been improved tremendously had the young lady in the red coat not been in a central position. She has blocked the continuity of the view

Yes I love the low view point - Those boards are certainly photogenic and I like the converging railings - it tad dark on my screen but thats probably me.
Heres a couple of similar ones I took last April.

Hi Dave, this is the shot taken on the same pier but looking the opposite way. I took it in May 2003 using a Nikon D1
