Alone at Last

[Autumn]

As dawn broke, from our balcony, I saw this solitary sole. (Waikiki Beach).

Comments welcome. I feel it's a touch green, but perhaps that is as it was. The light is peculiar as the day is breaking.

Yes I like this one more, interesting angle for this type of scene, and your right the toning does'nt quiete suite the scene does it, its worth a tweek in photoshop to get it right.

Only you know what the light was really like Autumn, but it looks quite unusual to me in a good way. I like the composition, feel as though I'm spying. I like the way the light catches the water emphasising the diagonal slant of the waterline, with just enough highlight on the palms in the bottom left corner.

You've sold it to me, I'd love to be there.
