Yarra by Night

Trying out the Lumix again with low light/night shots, with a monopod this time! Out of 36 shots, only 2 reasonable, but still have bit of blur due to shakes! Critique & suggestions welcome!

I'm not going to comment on the photographic quality of your night shot as I still have not mastered a very clear image myself. This could have been a good example with lots of interest from reflections, light, obvious movement and life - but, I can't help thinking that the top half does not look like night apart from the street light in the centre. Perhaps it's those two light blue areas that fool me into thinking it is sky. The top and bottom halves do not match to my eyes, but make my brain work, so stimulates a response.
