I took this photograph while on vacation in Salem, Massachusetts visiting the famous "House of the Seven Gables" which is a real house owned by Nathaniel Hawthorne's cousin.
As I wondered around the gardens, I came to the rocky beach and immediately noticed the geometric composition.
I would really appreciate some feedback on the composition, the b&w treatment, etc. My only changes in photoshop were: square crop (ironic!), slight increase in contrast using curves, and b&w using channel mixer. No sharpening, no cloning, adding or removing anything.
