Rainbow over Reculver

Sun came out during heavy rain this morning and i knew i'd have the oppertunity to get a rainbow over the Thames Estuary, just made this famous landmark before it vanished .

Beautiful composition.

However, it doesnt look sharp Bob, is it on the original, or was a case of the best of bad light?

(by the way, whats that small blob on the left hand side inside the rainbow)

Ben the blob is a seagull caught in the sunlight , only saw it after i posted .
Shot Raw , so i could alter the W/B but the rainbow was on it's way out when i got there so it could be atmospethics .

Beautiful picture and a very nice exposure imho.

I really don't think more sharpness is necessary with this one as the lighting and that remaining very pale, but still present, reflection of the 'double' rainbow can still be seen, only just.

Well worth the trek to get it.
