Panorama of Waikiki Bay, Oahu

[Autumn]

A five shot panorama. I actually do have better shots of the bay, but I was trying a pano.

Diamond Head mountain is in the background. This is a landmark in Waikiki. The surfers are out pre-dawn and just hang around all day waiting for "The Big One."
They are in the sea, but cannot easily be seen from here. We were on the 17th floor so it was not easy to get too much detail.

If you took out that silly hill in the back the similarities to Durban are scary. Nice pic

That's a very dynamic scene The light is so different there.

Guy, its the other side of Table Mt from Kaapstad thats been transposed to replace the Bluff!

Autumn, its a great pano but somehow the pink top of the foreground building seems to be a tad distracting!

That hotel is the oldest in Oahu. It is famous. I think it is called the Pink Castle or something like that. No alterations are allowed to the original design, so I am told.
