    loved the one of the animals Tom, but the religious monuments, i find distateful
    being an unbeliever of course,
    i do admire your determination to find a subject though, i,m trying , photographed some lovely dogs in Bournemouth yesterday i,m no photographer, though, when i get better, i,ll put them on for folk to see,

        ah, good old albert, i remember now, i used to get around there as a child but i see a big crucifix on the top
        i.d love to look around london again, have lived in the west country for many years now,nice to see the people & children enjoying themselves , in your shot

            Nice capture Tom, love the composition, but I feel the colours need a little more punch. Other than that, spot on!

            I hope you dont mind me tweeking a little to demonstrate what I mean.

              yes, morbid places, but i just had to try the 12xzoom out
              quite pleased with the lttlefz5, am cayrrying it about with me now
              i find the nikon d40 too clumsy & heavy,

                You would obviously not fancy churchyards and gravestones as suitable material for photography then, as in this thread

                As for the D40 being too clumsy and heavy, its a lightweight compared to my 1DMkII
