  • It Aint Easy

    Hi all,
Tried to take my first "semi serious photographs" of a motor race meeting at Snetterton Race track in Norfolk, read up on photographing motor raceing beforehand, followed all the tips regarding panning etc: used shutter priority auto, so packed had to take not all but most images from the same place. did not manage many useable images with blurred backgrounds but had to introduce it in P-Shop. some more in my gallerie.
Tips, critique and comments most welcome.
    Thanks,
    Dave

I haven't done much motorsport photography for a while, but I do recall thinking that I could never get close enough - my lenses were either too short or I couldn't get close enough to the action. Your shots are quite similar to mine - not bad at all, but the difference between us and the pros is that they get 'closer'
