Essex Sunset

Don't see too many sunsets like this in Essex!

This 5 shot pano was taken from next to a garage forecourt on the way home up the A12. I could see the colours getting better and better as we drove along and thought I should stop and take a few pics. The foreground wasn't too exciting but I didn't have the time to look for an alternative location.

I used PTGui to stitch the images and it's done a reasonable job - think I need to spend a bit more time on it though?

Nice one Stuart, and not a cable, rooftop or aerial in site . A great sky and the tree silhouette nicely balances it. Bet it would look great on the wall.

That's absolutely gorgeous, and no sign of the joins - like Stephen said, would look great on a wall.

One to be really proud of.

Fantastic effort, Stuart. I especially like the gangly old tree off-setting the corner. This could have so easily been a nice, but simple, picture, but that tree has moved it a league higher

A fantastic Pano and sunset, the sky is on fire, the foreground silhuetted perfectly, superb.
