Have you got Easy-thumbnails? If not download it and use it to re-size your images. This program dose a very good job and will leave the exif data intact. Or you could just tell us what camera settings you were using. Ok I guessed wrong.
You data shows manual white balance. How did you set this. For sunsets use daylight setting. This will stop the camera from trying to correct for the amount of red in the image. Exposure wise I always bracket my exposers as the camera often gets fooled by this type of lighting. Take five shots of each scene. ie first at the exposure indicated by you camera then another half a stop over and another one a full stop over, then go the other way half stop under and one full stop under. Works for me, hope it works for you.
Also noticed that you have high saturation selected. I would put that back to normal.
