This was taken on a tour of the Waterford Glass factory on a recent visit to Southern Ireland. You can see the concentration on this chap's face and no wonder - we were told that they were on 'piece work' and they would not get paid for work rejected on inspection.

Maybe you can try to smooth it out, but really very very slightly.
