The first one seems kind of foggy though, or like not very well focused.
Make sure you have set the camera's stablizer to "ON" and mode 2.

Re: Meerkat Manor
Aha! I didn't do that! Shall try to remember that next time...soooo much to learn! All pics were hand held as couldn't find a level surface to put tripod. Most zoos have a piece of garden...plants before fence to stop you getting too close....guess this aint Afrca's open spaces huh! Did lean on post etc, where possible. I forgot to put the stabilizer on altogether, duh!Originally posted by Archangel View PostThey don't seem oversaturated to me at all.

Re: Meerkat Manor
Hi Jocelyn,
Not over saturated but the first one is over exposed in places (note how the detail on the back of the meerkat in the foreground has been burnt out). As a picture I also find it a bit busy, lacking a clear subject.
The second shot is a very nice meerkat family group.

Re: Meerkat Manor
Hi Jocelyn,
Not oversaturated at all, however, the first is confusing and a little soft, the second is a beautiful image, I love the way you have catured the main subject looking straight at you, you sure captured his/her attention.Catch Ya Later

Re: Meerkat Manor
Thanks for your comment. They are such inquisitive little creatures & tend to look or watch everything going on around them! Their characters are quite incredible!Originally posted by Tinka View PostHi Jocelyn,
