Mike, its really easy. If you copy and paste the URL under your gallery picture into the body of your post, it appears as if like magic when the post is submitted.

The New Salon competition is intended to work in this way

Great shot Mike, I love the lonely feel to this shot, nice bit of forground interest to.

If I was to be uber critical, the horizon is everso slightly sloping down the left. But great shot!

          Re: The Beach

It's a lovely shot. I'm quite captivated by the little chap sitting on the rocks -reminiscent of the sort of illustration you might find in an old story book.

I think perhaps the horizon is sloping slightly towards the left? Just a slight clockwise rotation should fix it?

Not really a fan of b&w but I do like this one. I must admit the boy seems to pull you into the picture. Also I think the horizon is sloping. The way I check these things is in photoshop and use the grid.

Like this one Mike, what post processing did you do as its not quite fully b&w, or was it really that dull?
                  cheers

                    Re: The Beach

Hi Ash, it was very overcast hence the sky, the tone of the pic was achieved using a the "virtual photographer" add on in photoshop and tweaking the adjustments.
                    Thanks Ash
