    Hello All!

I didn't do much with this picture. I was in a bad spot so I had to take a quick photograph and go. ( I was on the roadway) Anyway all I did with this photo was level it , crop it and soften. I would like critisims, advice and opinions.

    Thanks!
    Jennifer

    Re: Sunset Delight

    Hi,

there is a lot to capture my interest in this picture. I love the light behind the cloud which in turn is behind the tress it helps give a feeling of depth.

I can see why you choose to leave the birds in but it may be they are a little too small to have the right effect and therefore it looks like there is a significant amount of empty sky.

I hope you don't mind but I have applied a crop and had a play with curves in photoshop. In addition I boosted the colours.

    Best Regards

    Josh

I do like the photo, however, I am total agreement with what Josh has said and done.

When I first saw the picture, I though you may have had dust on your sensor, those birds are far too small to be of any significance.

I would also say that the horizon isnt straight, and could do with re-visiting.

Nice image though Jennifer, with bags of potential!

      Cheers,
      Ben

A great opportunist grab shot, which has potential, as Josh has proved, it goes to show that it is always wirth grabbing that shot in difficult situations.
