That looked realy good, a lovely view.
I have to say this is one of my favourite areas of the country

the only thing I would say, I like the idea of the bird flying across, but would have liked him a bit more clearer

I like the way you have brought the sides round into the photo, so you just don't see an expanse of water, but found the jetty quite of putting, there just seemed to be too much of it.

anyway not being proffesional, that was just an amatuers point of view

First of let me say I wish I could get great landscapes like this, I'm I will some time. A lovely image, however I would have lost the part of the jetty on the far left, or tried to have the jetty bottom dead center to take the viewer to the centre of the image and alow them to wander around the image from there. Lovely and tranquil.

Thankyou to all who has posted, I agree with the left jetty, it un balances the pic, initially I thought it a little large to clone out. The bird in flight, Im afraid thats as clear as it gets being such a small part of the image, and the way the light is falling, it does actually look good at full resolution. Given your coments I will tweek the pic some more and hopefully come up with a keeper.

I would disagree about cloning out the left hand jetty, I think the picture would look far too symetrical at the bottom if that were the case.

I am always a little dubious about commenting on colours on my work monitor, (its not the best monitor in the world!) but is there a very slight reddy tinge?
