Beautiful.
I am not qualified to critique but the thing that stands out tome is the slightly distracting vertical thingy in the background just to the right of the left shoulder, think I would edit that out.
Other than that, simply lovely

Others seem offended by her armpit
- I'm not that bothered by it myself.

She would look a bit odd without an armpit.
I didn't even notice it, there is a shadow on her other arm but I can't make my mind up whether that matters a jot, detracts or adds to it.

Yes, I think the shadow is because the studio was set up for flash. I was just standing around with the camera and when she looked I snapped (well, you know what I mean
). So I shot using available light.

Beautiful. It's the sort of face I like to draw.If you're not living on the edge you're taking up too much room.

If you are interested, here is the journey this image took:
Post processing can transform images that might, at a glance, be considered to be without potential. This board has been created to show the before and after results of editing and post-processing. The differences can be very dramatic!

Re: It's one of mine but I really like this one
I like it. She has a good expression and the crop kind of works the more I look at it. And she's hawt!
My only comments would be:
In LR use the shadow and highlight sliders to lift the hair a smidge (technical term)
There's a few spots on her forehead. Spot healing and patch tool are essential here
The armpit in the original could do with a 'shave' (set clone at 20-30% opacity).
I'd also lift the irises of her eyes to give them a little pop (set dodge>highlights at 60-80% opacity).
Smooth the skin a bit. Use your blagging superpowers and get in touch with Imagenomic for Portraiture for PS. I couldn't live without it for skin smoothing. Create a layer from the background, run Portraiture at Glamour setting (you can make adjustments in the plug-in) and reduce the opacity till it looks natural.
There, I've given away lots of my trade secrets!
