Hi Matt,
Three nice images, Toxic is great, fire is very simple but a pleasing image, would be good on the wall if framed sympathetically, the cat image is an unusual take on the normal cat images, I like your depth of field treatment on that one.

I like your pics & one of flame the best. I saw a pic recently of a match flame that included the smoke swirls & thought to myself 'now thats a good one to try!' Well done.

Congratulations of being chosen for POTD for Thurs 25th Jan with a gret pic! Very creative indeed & well deserving of inclusion! I think most of your pictures show a wonderful creative & thoughtful side! Keep up the good work & enjoy yourself whilst doing so!

Hi Matt,

Firstly many congratulations on the PoTD! very well deserved!

Toxic is outstanding, superb work!

I am really not keen on the match one, I think it would work better to be able to see the match itself, so maybe clamp the match, tripod the camera and shoot that one again. (just my view)

The cat one though is great, and taken from a refreshing angle. Nice work there!

A belated welcome to the forum, and I very much look forward to seeing more of your work.

By the way, in my opinion, it would be better to show the full size images rather than the thumb nails.....saves a bit of clicking!
