  • Abstract reflections

I posted a couple of reflection shots in an Eye of the Camera thread - I seem to have a thing about reflections the last month or so: the more abstract, the better.

Haven't posted anything for critique for a while, so... here goes!

    Re: Abstract reflections

I love abstract reflections and this one is great. I wondered what it would look like inverted 180 degrees and it works well, but I noticed that it becomes even more impressionistic when rotated clockwise 90 degrees - try it and see what you think. I think it's a cracker!

      Re: Abstract reflections

An abstract that can be looked at for a very long time. The patterns in the water are quite mesmorizing.

        Thank you John and Pops.

John - I've actually printed this one off so have been following your suggestion and turning it about in different directions: not sure which way I'm going to frame it yet!

I bet it looks great, Carol! There are certainly several possibilities for the orientation of this one, maybe best to live with for a week before deciding.

            I like this one.

It also reminds me of long frizzy hair, coloured to boot.

Have fun with your new camera.
