Agree with Pops, the eye is lead past the wheel to an OoF background. Shadow detail is excellent but the highlights in the grass need toning down.

I agree the grass is overexposed and needs work but I confess I'm not sure I understand the comments about the wheel. It inhabits the majority of the image in the foreground and is the only thing in focus so it can hardly be lost.
