    Here's another from the Brighton day:



    Mariana was struggling with the light in her eyes. This was on the beach with a large reflector shining strong sunshine back at her. I thought black and white would do this frame justice and I'm certainly pleased with the result. It's quite a tight crop - only a quarter of the original frame has survived.

    Not only are you showing us an excellent portrait, the quality provided by the 45mm is impressive.

            Thanks for that. It really is a very nice picture, with or without the edits.

            I reckon you turned a you turned an already beautiful picci into a stunner with those edits. Lovely pose by Mariana too.

                Of course, I wasn't happy at all with the colour original so I attacked it with vigour! I have only shown it here to demonstrate the transformation from the original.
