    This was my Original Shot,

And then I played around later when the Fisherman left, with different angles

What have you against fishermen I have played around with this image and found two very nice crops that use the fisherman as foreground interest. Give it a go yourself, the possibilities are there for the taking.

Thats a better shot, but it needs some cropping, I think you needed to be closer

      Pity about the cheap glass.

Will Do, You are welcome to post your version of the photo, as this would surely help me to think different as well.

I couldn't get closer, as I was on the edge of the bank, thereafter I had to actualy get into the water,

So I took it from there,

The detail on the floor of the sea uner the waves looks temptingly interesting. A circular polarising filter might have revealed a bit more by reducing the surface reflections. Very useful filter is a polariser (circular type is best for modern cameras).
