    Maybe from a different angle it would have worked better, It doesn't speak to me. I tried a crop and some changes but still did not get anything. I have definitely seen better from you.

      Cool, I have a few different angles, will upload some later, then you can tell witch you like, this shot was taken from very low, camera almost in the Water,

        Nice shot, however, just a couple of observations:

        I think getting lower would have improved the shot, and the jetty (?) looks a little too central and dominates the picture a little too much.

        Also, the horizon is 100% straight. Nice idea though, and the jetty thing definately looks like a good subject to photograph, there looks to be some nice textures there!

          Is this Knysna by any chance?

          I have to say the picture doesn't grab me.

          I think the horizon needs to be brought onto a horizonal line. My inclination would have been to place the jetty on the bottom right thirds intersection and I would have done this by taking a bigger (i.e. zoom out) frame and then cropping the rather boring sky off from the top making a long horizonal picture.

          Don't take my comments too serious as unfortunately the screen that I have here a work is an inferior one so that is making it difficult for me to critique too well at the moment. I intend to sort it out in the not too distant future.
