I hope this works. I need to know what this picture is missing or if it is missing anything. Thanks in advance!! I had to resize my picture in photoshop i hope i did not loose quality in doing so.

Hi Jennifer,
If a photo has a horizon it is usual to have it horizontal. I might be telling you something you know but the way to do this is to enable rulers,then drag a guide to the horizon line. Select the picture (select all). go to edit,freetransform and slightly rotate the picture till the horizon is the same as the guide. Tidy up the edges and save.
The rest of the photo - could do with a bit more detail in the shadow area - can be done with the middle slider on levels. Like the subject.
Trevor speaks the truth. The first thing that jumped out at me in the first seconds of looking a the photo was the fact that the horizon was not level. To my eye I might also target the windmill to be more to the right - rule of thirds. Good concept with the subject.
