Hi Ash, My first impression is that the out of focus in the foreground is very disturbing in both pictures, but more in BW.
Cropping that sector of the wall is much better to me, and after that, I prefer the color one.

I prefer the colour version! The B&W version doesn't grab me quite honestly! I think maybe its to do with the clouds & the cliff on RHS is too dark!
