My guess is that you have photographed a TV screen then in Photoshop you cropped it and gave it a watercolour filter. Of course I could be wrong!

I really like the effect and I think it would look good on a large canvas of some sort, although I think the missuz wud somewat object to it being put up on any wall other than the garage
