Re: Summertimes Blues
Nice to see some of your work Kenny - I'm sure the happy couple were (will be?) pleased with that one.
I do like the effects you have applied.
Do couples traditionally (or any more) order leather bound albums for their big day photos?

Re: Summertimes Blues
the effects are from Kevin Kubota's Studio Pack. as to clients ordering leather bound books, well that's not as easy. some do out of tradition, others want coffee table books and then there are those who want to make a deal on just the files.Originally posted by Ian View PostNice to see some of your work Kenny - I'm sure the happy couple were (will be?) pleased with that one.

Re: Summertimes Blues
Hi Kenny -
Sorry about the weather you are experiencing at the moment. At last the weather here has warmed up which makes the showers more bearable.
Thanks for showing yours it helps the learning curve.
I hope you don't mind me adding a pic to your thread. When on holiday the couple here had just left church and looked so happy I thought I would take this and was pleased I did.

I do that all the time.
I have just returned from doing a little more decorating since my last post here.
Enjoyed the extras - thanks.

Re: Summertimes Blues
The family and I were doing the tourist bit and stumbled across the wedding. It was being photograhed by a small team led by the official tog. I'm surprised he didn't tell me off as all the guests were on the sidelines without camera.Originally posted by Stephen View PostWere you gatecrashing the wedding then Barrie
Its a pity about their eyes though. Mind you they are hardly going to be posing for you when they are paying someone to take their photos

I really liked this one - subtle colouring, and I also like the treatment. Hope the clients do too.....Originally posted by kennykodak View Postsince i'm basically just talking to myself here's another from the same event.carolannphotos.smugmug.com / webleedmusicmedia.com

Re: Summertimes Blues
Where this one goes wrong (not your fault Kenny) is that the bride seems to have been very nervou and has been chewing her nails prior to the big day!Originally posted by kennykodak View Postlooks like a close up from the first dance? wrong. same couple, same location just a close up of their hands as the posing changes. i doubt that they know the difference when it is inserted with the actual dance pics.
