Unable to open RAW files in Photoshop elements 7.0

Hi Guys

I use the above on my laptop - I cant read raw files - errrr am I doing something wrong.

What camera are you using as you may need to do an update from the adobe web site.

Strange I would have guessed they should open up straight away ? A friend of mine has a Nikon d90 and had to down load the raw update for elements so that would work. Have you just had this problem.

Hi Peter - I dont know what the problem was but it seems to be working after a re-install of the software.
