Hiya Ronnie - there are two ways of doing this.

Probably the easiest is to click the 'open' link which you'll see leads to My Pics (under the smilies on the right). That'll then take you to the latest photos you've uploaded into your Gallery.

There are three 'drop-down' boxes at the top. The two that will concern you are the centre one - if you want to actually post the photo, choose 'original image'. The right hand drop down box just asks where you'd like to place your photo - i.e. centred, on the right, left etc.

The other way is actually go into your gallery, and open up the picture you'd like to post. Below the picture, you'll see some HTML code. If you copy and paste that into your message, then your picture will appear - click preview post to see what it'll look like!

I usually post the medium size, as it drives me bats to have to keep scrolling to see the whole picture, but that's just a matter of choice.

Hi Ronnie, once you have some pictures in your gallery, you can use 'My Pics' for posting onto the forum. See:

hi sorry about this but I will learn, I posted a photo for critique great that worked ,then I altered said photo & reposted but how do I show the photo in critqiue now!! seem to have made a bit of a mess in the thread.
