Out of all the Adobe programs offered, most of my work is done with Photoshop. I got CS3 as a birthday present 2 years ago, but i am saving up to upgrade to CS6. Also, I just got a new laptop so I am super broke!...any Free editing programs would save my life!
Like Barrie, I sometimes use the NIK collection which Google said that they were no longer going to update. A shame, because the black and white (eFex) was very good. I think they've now been taken over by ON1, who also do free add-on effects and editing options: https://www.on1.com/free/
