  • Body Scape - (nude)

This was my first "Art Nude" image

It was very successful in competition and is now the 2nd "most viewed image" on the RPS forum

Excellent execution of a classical "art nude" pose Graham. Low contrast skin tones and subtle curves nicely captured. You should be more than pleased at your first attempt

So pleasing as an art form.

Very well done image, perfect lighting and composition. Something to aspire to, love the body's curves portrayed this way.

A very pleasant & aesthetically beautiful shot! Congratulations on 2nd place! Well done! It almost looks similar to sand dunes at first glance! So much nicer than the 'in your face' nude pics that many people call 'art' these days! Thanks for sharing!

Thank you all for such nice comments.

From the start, I had in mind to produce an image that was primarialy tasteful, would be considered artistic, and not glamour, such that it could be entered into competitions and posted onto sites such as this.

I'm sincerely flattered that it is mostly women that have commented on it and have approved of the presentation. A judge, Barbie Lindsay EFIAP, MPAGB, ABPE, also made similar comments about it, which pleased me a lot.

Most of all I appreciate the huge contribution that Jenny made to the production of this image. I have passed on to her all the comments that have been made and she too is very pleased with it.

              Thanks again.

There is plenty of evidence here on the DPNow forum that women can be fascinated with the female form. There are quite a few studies of pregnancy and most are posted by women, for example.
