Re: You Tube wants more videos on dSLR!?
The big pile of Philips BluRay players at our Asda (admittedly not a large store) was nowhere to be seen this afternoon...

Re: You Tube wants more videos on dSLR!?
I was talking to a chap at work recently about Bluray players as he knows everything you need to know about anything like that. (his house is like Dixons showroom!)
He advised me the best thing to do if I wanted to buy a BluRay player was to buy a Playstation 3. It has a massive hard drive already built in and can go on-line through your wireless router at home too.
You would pay a lot of money to find a BR player with that kind of equipment on it. I pointed out the cheaper ones at Asda/Richer Sounds etc and he told me to avoid them. You would still need an external HD and some kind of wireless adapter to plug into it to get the most out of one. Plus of course you would have a state of the art console too.
