I am not sure is smoking is bad, because few people like myself has a very large amount of shares in NY stock market that related to the smokingbusiness and cigarettes.
So please do NOT forget, more you smoke more I get rich.
I am trying to buy some share for the hospitals who treat people who suffer from smoking.

Do not worry, all were in my dream, perhaps one day, when everybody remind themselves about James Dean !!

Yeah - there are a lot of offences that overlap; if you are smoking a driving dangerously because you are struggline with the lighter, you could be done for driving without due care or dangerous driving.

While personally I am grateful that the anti-smoking law has come in as I am a non-smoker I do not believe a law is sufficient in or of itself to reduce the harm caused by nicotine especially in a country like the UK which in my view is not a true democracy thereby reducing the credibility of the whole law making process in the eyes of many. You really have to win hearts and minds as well and not only those of the smokers but actually more especially of those who did well financially out of selling the stuff so that they don’t just diversify into other equally destructive things or go underground and sell drugs etc. etc. and also actually you have to win hearts and minds of non-smokers who need to learn tolerance towards those with the addiction and not sport superior, triumphalistic or moralist attitudes.

I won’t make any comments on the driving issues as I don’t drive nor have any intention of doing so as I have a bit of an eye problem.

My views on the drinking issues co-inside with Ian’s.

Ha ha , well, I went into it on a caffine frenzy with good intentions and for a laugh, now I'm tired and it all seems a bit much so I'm steping out he he.

It is interesting though how there are so many opinions and how many overlap each other. Oh politics, what fun!
