Ah Barrie,
they are probably closing on the limit of what can be called a phone.

Solution? Come with a new 'must have' name

Actually the S5 is still very slim and pocketable although it has a big screen. They also do Galaxy Camera models that are basically compact cameras with zoom lenses that have a smartphone integrated. These are larger than an Olympus XZ-1 for example because of the large screen. And of course there is the DSLR-sized Galaxy NX, with an electronic viewfinder (confused design in my mind).
