Giving Schumacher a 10 place penalty is a joke, he should be banned for such a dangerous move. Good for Barichello that he stuck with it and wasnt intimidated by his "old team mate??" lesser people might have, Michael has apparantly appologised but to me the damage has been done. Time he went for good

Schumacher is full contradictions this year - he's affable, approachable, seemingly relaxed, but clearly not fast enough. One wonders if he is trying to be too nice in his come back year - as if to prove something. And then that ruthlessness seems to have reappeared on the track. Very strange.

I think he may have been shocked at how close things came to being a tragedy with Barrichello last Sunday. But even so, the apology is another unexpected response!

      Weird!

i am also a little dissapointed with Ross Brawns response, defending Michael.

Ok I will bite. I must admit even I was a little bit shocked with that move. I do feel we are not seeing the real Schumacher this year ? Is it the car has he been gone to long or is it the young guns are better ?

The car is not that good even makes me wonder if he is waiting for next years car and is happy to just make this year a test year.

Maybe he has been out of the sport to long but I believe if he was in a top car he would be winning races and not fighting over the last few points.

Yes the younger drivers are very good but are better the he was when he came in to the sport not so sure on that one. Will look back on that one when any of them have won seven championships.

Oh and I know you older guys also look back with rose tinted glasses ie Senna who also was not afraid to run people of track to win the odd championship.

Schumacher says he hasn't adjusted to the characteristics of the tyres that are being used at the momemt. I think there is some value to that statement, but on the other hand it's the same for everybody and Rosberg is definitely getting more out of the car. Clearly the car is not as good as the Ferraris and Red Bulls, while the McLaren is probably third best, with gap to the Mercededs.

Yes I fully agree with that also like he said the lack of testing really is not helping him
