Ah - doesn't seem there is a way of correcting spleling mitsakes in polls after they have been started - will investigate.

Could be a useful method of guaging opinion on all sorts of things. For example, awarding points on a particular photo, ie 1,2 or 3 points. Voting on a the favourite in a gallery, finding out what peeps think about a particular camera, gizmo, software etc. The possibilities are many

            Hi Ian,
I think polls can be fun and interesting, but on one poll on the RFF, that has run for months and I bet half the voters would now vote differently. Poll validity can be time sensative. That said, it can be a fun way to profile the styles and preferences of the forum members in the ever changing digital world.
I noticed on RFF that the sticky polls do clutter up their message boards for a while.
