This morning our area had a power cut for about 45 minutes.
At the time my PC was on.
When the power was restored, my computer would not start beyond the INTEL sign.
I rang Medion and was asked if I had demagnetised it. I hadn't and didn't know how.
Under his instructions, I unplugged the power from the wall socket and then held down the start button on my computer for 30 seconds. After which, I had to plug in the power and restart the computer as normal and ... ... it worked!
He said that as it was not closed down properly there was still static electricity in the system and therefore, it was unable to operate properly.
Anyway I just thought I would tell you - it's easy when you know how.
